退款政策

Most product in our store is fully guaranteed for your complete satisfaction or your money is refunded. Please do not return any product without contacting us at info@Chinesefamoustea.com first. 

For Free shipping orders, please note that in the event of a refund, the shipping cost paid by our tea shop will be deducted from the original purchase price. Refunds do not include shipping costs, bank or credit card charges, customs duties, or any other fees.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of the date we receive the returned product using the same method as the original payment: 

• TEA PRODUCTS -Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any tea products due to the health and safety considerations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
• NON-TEA PRODUCTS - items must be received by us unused and undamaged in the original packaging with the original receipt within 21 days of the date from when you received the product. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
